The band release their second album, ‘Folklore and Superstition’ on 18th August. The album crackles with a down-home, feel good, rock ‘n roll vibe and was produced and mixed by veteran rock producer, Bob Marlette. The album was named after a local Kentucky tradition; story telling and superstitions. “We’re intrigued by and interested in history, roots and heritage, and we incorporate that into the band,” says drummer John Fred Young. Bassist Jon Lawhon concurs, “We are taking the Southern tradition and spreading it out to the rest of the world. They say, ‘Write what you know,’ so that’s what we’re doing, writing what we know.”
